I tried to get the money back from my credit card but they said that because I stayed in the hotel for the night they can’t dispute it. Since hotel two was not paid by Horseshoe they collected from me. When I called the second hotel they said that the Horseshoe denied payment for all the rooms that they sent people over there for. If you’re keeping track now I paid for the one night at both places. In September my credit card was charged for the room at the second hotel. I was not billed at check out of the second hotel. They sent lots of people over there I was not alone. The new location did say it would be paid by the horseshoe hotel. They paid for a cab to take us there and they were paying that bill because they didn’t have a room. After I stood in line to check in for 2 hours I got to the front and was told by a manager Travis McDonald that they didn’t have a room and they were sending me to another location which was off the strip. I had a guaranteed reservation that paid the night automatically.
